Who is responsible
Propeller Strategies KG, Vienna, Austria, is the controller for personal data collected on this site. For any privacy question, write to me through the contact form.
Contact form
If you send a brief, I receive your name, email address, organisation (if given) and your message, and use them only to reply to you. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps you have asked for before a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). I keep correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and for any period the law requires.
Early-access sign-ups
If you ask to be notified about a service in the Portfolio section, I receive your name, email address and organisation (if given), and use them to contact you about that service, for example ahead of its launch. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to me. I delete your details when you ask, or once the reason for keeping them has passed. Your details are not sold, and are not passed to the service provider without your agreement.
How forms are delivered
Both forms are processed by Web3Forms, which forwards each submission to me by email and does not use it for any other purpose.
Website analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets no cookies, does not track you across websites and does not build individual profiles. It only produces aggregate statistics.
If you agree, the site also uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It sets cookies (names beginning with _ga, kept for up to two years) and collects information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, your approximate location, device and browser. IP addresses are not logged or stored by Google Analytics 4. Data may be processed by Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 165(3) TKG 2021). Google Analytics only loads once you click “Accept”; you can withdraw your consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Hosting and fonts
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure. Fonts are served from this website itself; no font requests go to third parties.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction, or a copy of it, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent. Write to me through the contact form. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), dsb.gv.at.
